Our Recruitment Process
Step 1: Apply Online
Complete our online application form to begin your journey with Corrah Healthcare.
Step 2: Interview & Document Check
If shortlisted, you'll be invited for a face-to-face interview. Please bring valid ID and all requested documents(e.g. Right to work in the UK) so we can verify them against your CV and application.
Step 3: DBS Check
We will submit your application for a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. (Please note: you will be responsible for the associated fee.)
Step 4: Training
Upon successful interview and DBS submission, you will be invited to attend our mandatory training course to become a Carer or Key Support Worker.
Step 5: Offer & Onboarding
If your DBS is cleared and training feedback is positive, we will formally offer you a role, confirm your contract, start date, and working hours.

All applicants will be interviewed and put through a skill evaluation. Furthermore, you must submit the supporting documentation listed below:
